Purely Pearls Compensation Plan
INTERNATIONAL - USD
Start-Up Pack:
The Purely Pearls start up kit costs $200 USD, however, you will receive $135 USD value of free jewellery along with:- 10 Look Books
- Travel jewelry case to easy transport of your stock
- 2 white neck busts for display purposes
- Pearls of Wisdom education manual
- sample stock at 50% off retail value*
* The sample stock needs to be placed as a single order within 2 weeks of your sign up. Sample quantities are limited to a maximum of one per product per colour.
Tier Discounts:
- Purely Pearls Consultants can earn between 25% and 50% discounts on the retail price based upon the volume of sales they achieve. The tier system is simple and works as follows:
- 25% tier is applicable from joining and remains until you cease to be a Purely Pearls Consultant
- minimum quota to maintain stylist benefits is $200 USD (retail value) per year
- 35% tier is applicable on orders over $1000 USD (retail value)
- Elite status is achieved when a Purely Pearls Consultant’s cumulative sales of $8,500 USD (retail value) over a six month period of time is reached.
- Once a Consultant achieves Elite status discount of 50% on all retail sales, minimum sales of $4000 USD (retail value) per quarter is required to maintain this level.
Recruiting Another Consultant:
Purely Pearls rewards Consultants for introducing other Consultants to our company. For every new Consultant that you introduce to Purely Pearls, you will receive both a product credit voucher and an additional discount off (retail value) of your next order.- 1st Consultant introduction: $65 USD product credit voucher + additional 5% off your next order to be placed within 30 days of the new recruitment
- 2nd Consultant introduction: $130 USD product credit voucher + additional 8% off your next order to be placed within 30 days of the new recruitment
- 3rd & subsequent Consultant introductions: $200 USD product credit voucher + additional 10% off your next order to be placed within 30 days of the new recruitment
Home Party Incentives:
Purely Pearls offers a simple rewards system to thank the Hostesses that make it possible for our Consultants to succeed in their businesses. For every $250 USD in party sales, the Hostess will receive a $25 USD product credit voucher.For every order placed by a Consultant, Purely Pearls will provide 10% of the retail value back in $25 USD product vouchers up to a maximum of 50% of each order. For example, if a Consultant purchases $2500 USD of stock at retail value, in addition to their tier discount, they will also receive $125 USD worth of Hostess vouchers. These vouchers can be used to in one of two ways;
- the voucher can be redeemed by the consultant using existing stock that they may already hold. The consultant can then present a completed voucher and have the credit applied to their next order.
OR
- if the consultant does not have the chosen hostess gift, the consultant or the hostess can redeem a completed voucher directly with Purely Pearls.
A consultant is permitted to claim Hostess vouchers twice in any one calendar year for personal home parties.
